Harvested from Peale Passage in Washington, these giant oysters have grown to 10+ inches and can weigh almost two pounds each. Due to the strong Asian market, the largest of the large are exported to mainland China. Although prepared for barbecue applications, it has been said that these giant oysters are a prized possession for those who dare to enjoy them on the half shell.
In addition to in-shell oysters, we also offer pints and half-gallon fresh-shucked Pacific oysters in small and select grades. These oysters are shucked by hand and un-rinsed to preserve its natural flavor. Consistent in size and availability, these shucked oysters are excellent for all applications.

Uni is the Japanese name for the edible portion of Sea Urchin. Prefered Urchins are found off the coast of California, British Columbia and Maine. It is sold both whole as Sea Urchin and shelled as ready-to-eat Uni. Uni tastes like a custard from the sea. It has a creamy consistency, and ranges in color from a rich yellow gold (the most desirable), to a lighter pale yellow.
Also known as Conch or Sea Snails, these gastropods have a firm texture and sweet, clam-like flavor.
Abalone is a rare and delicious single-shelled mollusk. The foot, which is the edible portion, has a firm crunchy texture and mild sweet flavor. Wild Domestic Abalone is not available for sale in the States because it is endangered, but farmed Abalone, though slow to grow to market size, is available as a premium delicacy.
Pronounced "gooey duck", these giant clams are highly sought after by Asian chefs. They have a mild sweet flavor and firm crunchy texture. They can weigh as much as 20 pounds.
