Manila Clams:

Originally from Japan, the Manila clam has been an object of desire due to its sweet flavor, excellent meat to shell ratio and its all year consistency. Our true Manila clams are available in two grades; small and medium.

Razor Clams:

Unlike the Atlantic razor clam, the Pacific razor clam, found throughout beaches in South East Alaska, is significantly larger and slightly oval in shape. Pounded into steaks, razor clam meat is great for cooking but most appreciated served raw due to its clean and sweet flavor. Certainly a treat since its live market is less than one month.

Mediterranean Mussels and Penn Cove Mussels:

World famous for their taste, Mediterranean mussels and Penn Cove Mussels are the only mussels that have won two international taste awards. Unlike other mussels, Mediterranean and Penn Cove mussels do not exhibit that familiar mealy taste and its thin shell yields an excellent meat ratio. These mussels are unique and offer those who are looking for a superior product.

Extra Large Barbecue Oysters:

Harvested from the rocky beaches of Washington State, these extra large oysters grow to 10+ inches and can weigh almost two pounds each. Due to the strong Asian market, the largest of the large are exported to Mainland China. Although prepared for barbecue applications, it has been said that these giant oysters are the prized possessions for those who dare to enjoy them on their half shell.

Shucked Oyster Meat:

Available in small and select sizes and packed in pints and half-gallons, these oysters are shucked by hand and not rinsed to preserve its natural flavor. Consistent in size and availability, these shucked oysters are excellent for all applications.

Geoduck:

Pronounced gooey-duck and also called giant clam, it is the largest (and most curiously looking) bi-valve clam and exclusively harvested in the North Pacific Waters. A sushi/sashimi favorite, these clams offer a firm, crunchy texture with a very sweet taste and a briny but clean finish.

Weathervane Scallops:

As the worlds largest scallop, the Weathervane commonly grows to 9 inches and is harvested namely off the coast of British Columbia and South East Alaska. Its flavor is sweet and rich and its texture is dense and firm. Sold live and fresh/dry with or without roe.

Pink Singing Scallop:

Distinguished by its pink shell color, these small 2 to 3 inch scallops (also known as Japanese Scallops) are harvested namely off the coast of British Columbia and South East Alaska. Marketed and often prepared whole, pink scallops are prized for their firm yet velvety texture, sweet and rich flavor. These scallops can be steamed whole or as a component of a pasta dish, paella or a bullion.

Spot Prawns:

Available whole or tails only (and sometimes with roe), these prawns offers a firm texture that stands up to all sorts of cooking applications and are savory, delectable and super sweet. A definite Alaskan treat. Whole sizes are jumbo, x-large and large.
