Alaskan Feast maintains it takes a seasoned fisherman to discern the best quality seafood. We at Alaskan Feast have just this kind of experience, and it is our mission to bring you only the highest quality Atlantic, Pacific and namely Alaskan seafood products throughout the year. We are also very concerned with marketing carefully managed wild and sustainable fisheries, as well as organic labels. The seafood business is also much more than that; we see our seafood items not so much as off-the-shelf commodities, but rather as unique products with certain market values, mostly contingent to localities and upon our customer's needs. It all starts in the pristine blue waters of the Alaskan wilderness, where the fishing fleets harvest the world's only wild salmon, famous Alaskan crab and other seafood delicacies. Then using state-of-the art methods, the catch is immediately processed and chilled. That unique process not only guards against bacteria growth, but helps maintain the fish’s original moisture, texture and flake consistency preserving its premium taste and quality. The result is a superior, number one sashimi grade product.

 How fresh is fresh? Seafood, which is marketed as "fresh", has often been out of the water for at least one week before it reaches the the consumer. In that period of time, fish sustain substantial deterioration in flesh and flavor-compromising its quality. Alaskan Feast boasts the freshest seafood. All our fish are purchased from ice-boats, line caught, and are then immediately chilled and processed within hours of catch, when quality is at its best- and always handled with great individual attention and care.
